How does it work?
– Complete the booking request form below and select “gift certificate” in the drop-down menu.
– You will receive a Questionnaire requesting additional information (i.e. the amount of your gift certificate and where you would like it sent).
– All gift certificates will be emailed to the person of your choice.
– If you would like a printed certificate to be mailed to your Little Star, a $2 service fee will be charged to processing and mailing.
